Bathymetry

Bathymetry data is collected annually on about 15 km along the coast from Volta River estuary to Atokor using Valeport Midas Eco sounder. The first data collection started in 2022. Acoustic data is collected using a single beam echosounder deployed from the surf zone to about 500 m offshore. Data is collected at water depths between 3 m and 10 m.
